background :
I first learned biochemistry and chemistry. I then got a master in biological crystallography, and in 1997 I defend my thesis in Structural Biology. I join the French Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique as a researcher. Since 10 years I focus my work in bioinformatics.
Computing :
Although I'm programming since a long time I'm not, and I'm not considering myself as a programmer.
I've learned Fortran, C and Tcl/Tk of course.
I'm currently developing an application for exploring and mining information included in and surrounding protein multiple sequences alignments.
