wrap , by Jan Nijtmans, is a suite of tools to create stand-alone executables on Windows. The modules contain Tcl/Tk, Memchan, Metakit, TkCon, the plus and dash patches. Stand-alones are much smaller than other methods and do not need any special DLLs to be installed.
