is the nickname of Axel Nagelschmidt, a person very enthusiastic about computers and programming, especially in TCL.

After attending the [Fifth European Tcl/Tk Users Meeting] in 2005, he offered to organize the [Sixth European Tcl/Tk Users Meeting] in 2006 and therefore created this page.
