Version 8 of Fancy Tk Buttons

Available at http://mini.net/sdarchive/button.bin is a package (implemented using Incr Tcl that provides fancy Tk buttons. By default, Included are images providing "jelly buttons" - but the developer can specify any images for the normal, depressed (sigh :-)) and disabled button states.

The button Scripted Document includes documentation, in the form on an internal read-only Wiki - so for more information download the above link and run without arguments. The Fancy Tk Buttons package is implemented as an Incr Tcl class - so you'll need to have that available. Two very convenient ways of doing this are to use TclKit (a single file Tcl/Tk executable) or ActiveTcl (a "batteries included" Tcl/Tk mega-distribution) - although with ActiveTcl you'll need to unpack it first.

BTW, don't be tempted to rename the scripted document to "button" (i.e. no filename extension) otherwise you'll get an error when you try to run it.
