- Tcllib - general enhancements (crc module, uuencode, yencode, smtpd, dns, ntp, md4, md5)
- tkinspect - maintaining this classic application
- winsend - send implementation for Windows using COM
- TclUDP - simple udp socket support for tcl.
- dde - Tcl DDE maintenence.
