A project presented as a Work In Progress at the [Twelfth Annual Tcl/Tk Conference]. The main goal of the Stargus Project is to develop a highly compact and portable virtual computing environment, based on the Tcl/Tk platform.  Several Stargus sub-projects have already been announced, including [Cryptkit], [tequila] (actually T2 and T3), and [Vlerq].  More to come.
