[Zarutian] 5. august 2007: doesnt the ns part of the name mean namespace? [LV] I believe so. It appears that this [vfs] extension allows one to navigate a [Tcl] [namespace] as if it were a disk file system. [JMN] 2023-06 From what I can see it allows read-only access to procs - but file mkdir can create sub namespaces. file attributes procname will return something like: -args {a b c} -body {puts "whatever"} Notably missing from this is any indication of argument default values. 'file copy' of a proc seems to fail if the target is within the vfs - but you can use it to file copy your procs out to the main filesystem. See also [tclvfs] . <> Package | VFS
