Decent Espresso is a company based in Hong Kong, San Francisco and Seattle.
They build espresso machines that are controlled from a touch-screen tablet.
Users have control over temperature and pressure. Data are recorded along with parameters such as flow rate, ambient humidity, and the actual temperature in the grouphead
(using a thermo probe). So custom results can be replicated.
