Arduino is the official name for an open source hardware technology developed in Italy for controlling hardware.  The boards are available fairly cheaply, have a sensor, motor, communication and other hardware extensions.  They have been adapted for many purposes. Tck/Tk seems ideally suited as a programming languages for this technology
   * as the interface to these boards
   * could a minimalist version of tcl run on these chips?

Could Tool Command Language be extended to run hardware tools as well as software tools?
