The [IONA Technologies]' Code Generation Toolkit

uses Tcl to generate [CORBA] stubs in target languages from
IDL.  More precisely, IONA's commercial [ORB]s include CGT,
the major part of which is idlgen, a C++ IDL parser with a
Tcl wrapper.  Users can write their own back-ends to the
parser to generate language-specific IDL parsers.
