In the past, there was some info on the wiki about the Tolis Group's
Bru products and Tcl. Is there still a connection between these?

Their web site continues to reference Bru, and Tcl, so the connection appears to still be there.

[Bru] is a backup and recovery application which started out as [BURT], I 
believe.
