Its very hard to reply reasonably without some background of the correspondent on their Wiki bio page. Thanks,[gold] ---- Title: Capsule_Surface_Area_&_Volume on TCL <> ***Preface*** [gold] Here are some calculations using TCL expressions. ---- ***Introduction*** Here are some TCL calculations for the Capsule Surface Area. The original math problem used units of meters, but the units cancel out in the calculator and any consistent units might be used like inches, cubits, or millimeters for length. The capsule surface area and volume. should find a use in medicine, as some medicine is supplied in gel capsules. Also, some fuel tankers or dairy tanks have a similar capsule shape. *** Expressions into TCL. *** ---- ***Testcases are important in development of TCL programs. *** Most of the testcases involve experiments or models, using assumptions, and rules of thumb. For the push buttons in the TCL calculator, the recommended procedure is push testcase and fill frame, change first three entries etc, push solve, and then push report. Report allows copy and paste from console to conventional texteditor. For testcases in a computer session, the TCL calculator increments a new testcase number internally, eg. TC(1), TC(2) , TC(3) , TC(N). The testcase number is internal to the calculator and will not be printed until the report button is pushed for the current result numbers. The current result numbers should be cleared either on the clear button or on the next solve button. ---- ---- ***Testcases Section*** **** Testcase 1 **** %|table 1|printed in| tcl format|% &| quantity| value| comment, if any|& &| 1:|testcase_number | |& &| 1.0 :|radius meters| |& &| 1.0 :|side length meters | |& &| 1.0 :|optional | |& &| 1.0 :|optional | |& &| 1.0 :|optional | |& &| 6.283 :|answers: capsule circumference meters | |& &| 18.849 :|capsule surface area meters squared | |& &| 7.330 :|capsule volume meters cubed| |& ---- **** Testcase 2 **** %|table 1|printed in| tcl format|% &| quantity| value| comment, if any|& &| 1:|testcase_number | |& &| 1.0 :|radius meters| |& &| 1.0 :|side length meters | |& &| 1.0 :|optional | |& &| 1.0 :|optional | |& &| 1.0 :|optional | |& &| 6.283 :|answers: capsule circumference meters | |& &| 18.849 :|capsule surface area meters squared | |& &| 7.330 :|capsule volume meters cubed| |& ---- **** Testcase 3 **** %|table 3|printed in| tcl format|% &| quantity| value| comment, if any|& &| 3:|testcase_number | |& &| 3.0 :|radius meters| |& &| 3.0 :|side length meters | |& &| 1.0 :|optional | |& &| 1.0 :|optional | |& &| 1.0 :|optional | |& &| 18.849 :|answers: capsule circumference meters | |& &| 169.646 :|capsule surface area meters squared | |& &| 197.920 :|capsule volume meters cubed| |& ---- ---- ***Screenshots Section*** ****figure 1.
