The values returned by '''xview''' and '''yview''' subcommands
of widgets are now formatted by Tcl so that Tcl always recognizes
them as doubles.  Same formatting change has also been applied
to the numeric arguments passed to '''-xscrollcommand'''
and '''-yscrollcommand''' callbacks.
