I'm an unashamed Tcl advocate (having worked extensively in other languages).  I run a small ISV doing bespoke application development, mostly in the financial sector.

I've put together a number of Tcl extensions, which suffer from a near complete lack of documentation, so in the hope that the ease of writing it in the wiki I've created some pages for them:

   * [TLC] An application framework with a bunch of Itk based widgets, Originally stood for Tcl Library Collection if memory serves.  Available from http://sourceforge.net/projects/tcl-tlc
   * [Idaemons] Some internet protocol servers implemented as Itcl classes.  Also available from http://sourceforge.net/projects/tcl-idaemons
   * [Pixel (package)] A package for doing reasonably fast raster graphics from Tcl.  Includes many sub packages for loading / saving various image formats, and for display to various targets.  Hosted at http://sourceforge.net/projects/pixel-tcl
