Data collection so far has focussed on "pull" mode -- gathering links from existing sources
like SF, Freshmeat and Usenet.  Once the site goes live, and if it gains traction, and ''if''
a solution to the Spam Problem can be devised, then a submission form will probably be added.
But that'll happen later, there's a bunch of other stuff to be done first.
