I don't think anything is missing per-se, but I did reorganize it. I think that rather than reverting to the previous edit, we could probably keep improving on what I've started. The information about the CVS repository is in the "history" section, under 2010-11-10. I'll move it to the top and try to make it a little more descriptive. Then, if you can improve it, please do!
