An implementation of Mahjong solitaire in Tcl/Tk/Snit.

This is now running on the androwish and undroidwish versions of Tcl/Tk, because
the canvas is too slow to draw complicated figures and the standard Tk image photo
zoomed copy does not support rational resampling.
