and is intended to be Mail Transfer Agent (MTA) independent. 
That is, although so far it has only been tested with Sendmail, it should (in theory!) work with any MTA....

and should run on any platform capable of running Tcl - 
including quite possibly Mac OS X and Microsoft Windows."
