I've been an active Tcl user and member of the Tcl community since 1993, and have been involved with several of the workshops and conferences (including co-chairing the 1996 one).  

Most of my work has been in using Tcl for collaborative systems, starting with an academic groupware toolkit called GroupKit, and later the [TeamWave] family of products developed at TeamWave Software, the company I founded.  
I left TeamWave (well, the company that acquired TeamWave in late 2000)
in April 2002 and am doing some more independent stuff now.  
Most of my energy is going into a new Wiki-like system called [CourseForum].
