What's this collaboration stuff all about anyway?

I've been an active Tcl user and member of the Tcl community since 1993, and have been involved with several of the workshops (including co-chairing the 1996 one).  I used to do some work with MacTcl, but unfortunately haven't been active in that for a while.

Most of my work has been in using Tcl for collaborative systems, starting with an academic groupware toolkit called GroupKit, and later the [TeamWave] family of products developed at TeamWave Software, the company I founded.  The most recent web-based products are using a variant of the Proxy Tk technology I presented at Tcl2K.

I left TeamWave (well, the company that acquired TeamWave a year ago)
in April 2002 and am doing some more independent 
stuff now.  My personal web site has more information.
