[DKF] (10 Oct 2009): I'm not voting because it's all sufficiently far ahead that I cannot predict my availability for any of those dates at all. I simply do not plan that far ahead!

Of course I cannot predict my availability exactly, but I - and others with children at school - can predict their un-availability quite well.
