The https://urn.to/r/home%|%Package Repository Server%|%, which is currently
part of the [Eagle] project, allows users to obtain packages for both [Tcl] and [Eagle].

It is implemented as a set of https://www.fossil-scm.org/fossil/doc/trunk/www/th1.md%|%TH1%|% (and Tcl) scripts running on a carefully configured instance of [Fossil].  All data necessary to run the repository server is stored in a [SQLite] database.
