   * Win32 send: finish async and do a TIP
   * DDE bugs
   * tcllib md5 completion
   * tcllib sha1 critcl code
   * SOAP WSDL package: need to handle Schema spec.
   * SOAP: improve the server code. Emulate the tcl package ifneeded instead of parsing everything each time.
   * SOAP: improve tclhttpd serving
   * tcludp: improve integration with fconfigure and move over to a socket-style udp command.
   * vfs: do a shell namespace extension for vfs filesystems. Would fix the tk_openFile issue for vfs files as well as being very cool under windows explorer.
