   * Win32 send: Finish the bug fix for this.
   * tcludp: improve integration with fconfigure and move over to a socket-style udp command. (doing)
   * DDE bugs
   * vfs: do a shell namespace extension for vfs filesystems. Would fix the tk_openFile issue for vfs files as well as being very cool under windows explorer.
   * autoproxy: sort out the authentication end of things.
   * autoproxy: Finish implementation of NTLM authentication.
   * http: integrate autoproxy into http package
   * http: integrate SSL via http proxy with the http package.
   * http: move along with HTTP/1.1 some time.
