simulator for PIC microcontroller

It's a tool that is a combination compiler/ide/emulator/control device for a home-grown digital Electronics lab platform, called PiCLab.<<br>>
picl is freely available, but it really does require the development board itself to make full use of it, even if it works happily without one.
