At present this PURL translates to http://tcl.sourceforge.net/faqs/tcl/project-elmo/ , which gives me a 404 error. -- WHD
The project leader, Larry Virden, would love to find community members who want to give back to the community. All it takes is to email new resources to him, as well as to mail updated URLs or deceased URLs.
