 Description: This code is a part of the same SourceForge project as
        the original C Tcl code.  It is a separate module, and is intended
        to demonstrate the directory structure and configuration files
        needed to implement a Tcl Extension Architecture, as defined by
        Dr. Ousterhout and others during 1999.
        The code itself actually has functionality - it implements an
        extension calculating the Core Secure Hash Algorithm (sha1).
        Currently at version 2.0.1 .
