SimpleCA is a simple Tcl/Tk utility to manage your own web certificates, both server sertificates (IIS, apache, ...) and personal certificates (IE, NS, ...).

It was designed by the VPN Consortium to help VPNC members provide a free and easy-to-use certificate authority (CA) package to their customers.
