I am employed by Case Western Reserve University [http://www.cwru.edu/] and work at the Cleveland Functional Electrical Stimulation Center [http://www.fesc.org/], a biomedical engineering R&D consortium.

I use Tcl for internal projects, including PC-based user interface software for embedded controllers and for testing of said embedded controllers.

Did a port of Tcl 2.1 to MS-DOS, sometime before 1992.  Dropped out of the Tcl community for a while in the 90's, then rejoined in 1998.  What a change from 2.1 to 8.1!
