I am employed by Case Western Reserve University [http://www.cwru.edu/] and work at the Cleveland Functional Electrical Stimulation Center [http://www.fesc.org/], a biomedical engineering R&D consortium.

At the Center, I use Tcl for internal projects, including PC-based user interface software for embedded controllers and for testing of the controller hardware and firmware.

Did a port of Tcl 2.1 to MS-DOS sometime between 1990 and 1992, which I used as the extension language for a text editor. Used Tcl lightly in the mid-90's, mostly for CGI scripting. Have been using Tcl/Tk for large apps in Tcl/Tk since 1999.
