This is my suggestion for marketing TCL/TK: 

   * Log onto every wiki in creation and post irrelevancies at the end of random pages about how much better the wiki / application domain / user group would be if they only used Tcl, and that Tcl is a leader among languages, and anyone who disagrees is a fool to himself and a danger to others.
   * Threaten other language groups with specious legal claims.
   * Find a net.kook from somewhere. induce him to use Perl, Python and PHP and brag about them.
