TMA is a time series analysis tool based on TCL/TK/BLT which can generate PDF reports/graphs
using a TCL based scripting language. Its currently in production use at a few places and might
be a useful starting point for someone playing with time series data.  

The main use might be the BLT/TCL/TK runtime.
