'''[JCG]''': Tried TclVSrpt today (29-sep-2004) with Tcl 8.4 in Linux and
''it worked'' (that is, I was able to regenerate the provided documentation
in PostScript from the sources) with just minimum fixes (for example 
changing the location of the who command which was hardcoded to /bin/who).
It uses several external unix command line tools (who, date, cat, cp, rm,
...) which can be trivially converted into their moder Tcl equivalent
commands so that, in principle, the port to Windows is easy!
