'''[JCG]''': Tried TclVSrpt today (29-sep-2004) with Tcl 8.4 in [Linux] and
''it worked'' (that is, I was able to regenerate the provided documentation
in PostScript from the sources) with just minimum fixes (for example 
changing the location of the who command which was hardcoded to /bin/who).
It uses several external [Unix] command line tools (who, date, cat, cp, rm,
...) which can be trivially converted into their modern Tcl equivalent
commands so that, in principle, the port to [Microsoft Windows] is easy!
