Tclish is a highly configurable installer that can be used to install just about any application.  Previously, it was used as an installer on the [Tcl Blast] CD. There is a Sourceforge project [http://sourceforge.net/project/tclish] and a mailing list (see the sourceforge site) which is being used to discuss general issues relating to [Tcl Based Installers].
