The information in this letter should be very important to you and your use of the GT-Power product. Few years ago, I worked with Dr. Tom Morel as a graphic designer/programmer and developed the bulk of the GT-Power Graphic User Interface (GUI) that you still use today. I still use this same GUI myself as the baseline for my new product SansGUI at my own company this time; ProtoDesign, inc. To see for yourself how similar my SansGUI product and GT-Power interfaces are, please point your web browser to: http://www.protodesign-inc.com/images/Coffee5mod.jpg Another example at: http://www.protodesign-inc.com/images/ProgressMod.jpg Mr. Tom Morel never compensated me for the work I produced when I was working with him. In fact, my work including the GT-Power GUI is what made the GT-Power product become accepted in the markets. Mr. Morel's marketing claims of fast development rates are bogus, what's really fast about Gamma Technologies is their ability to break agreements with honest and hard-working employees such as myself. I put many years of hardwork before joining Morel into developing that GUI. I still can easily claim my right to the main part of the graphical product of GT-Power, and I will. I have the source code of the product with its correct dates even before Gamma was established, it is my very own code. I am writing you today because you are decent clients that value high ethical standards. I have recently decided to bring an end to the parasitic practices Gamma Technologies have used in its short history. I am one of many victims of the software pirate Tom Morel. I have the names of many more victims of his opportunistic approach. As clients of Gamma Technologies, you are now advised that legal action is being taken against Gamma Technologies, Inc. (Westmont, Illinois), its partners, and may potentially soon include the corporate users of the GT-Power GUI especially those who negotiated deep discounts, here in the USA or overseas. I am telling you this in advance because some of you are my current clients using SansGUI, and I do believe that you were not told the truth about the GT-Power product or the integrity of the opportunistic people running Gamma Technologies. BTW, I am not sending this message to you, as some may think, as an attempt to market my own product, my goal is really clear, it is a demand for justice. Good luck to you all, and rest assured that justice and the truth will always prevail. Thank you for your support. Sincerely, Greg Chen President Boolingbrook, Illinois http://www.protodesign-inc.com/ PS: Please feel free to forward this message to your colleagues as my mailing list is not comprehensive although large enuff (147 emails), it's the same mailing list used at Gamma Technologies in the past. The list has recently being updated thanks to a recently dismissed Gamma employee. =================== This is a good paper: Title: ""Virtual Engine/Powertrain/Vehicle"" Simulation Tool Solves Complex Interacting System Issues Author: Thomas Morel, John Silvestri, and Rifat Keribar of Gamma Technologies.
