[RS]: An obvious drive-by scribble, most probably from Korea. The characters, except for the brackets, are ''jamo'', Korean letters ([Unicode] page 31), from which ''hangul'' syllable signs are built. The H-like structure is an A-I ligature (ã���� + ã��£ = ã����), typically transliterated ''ae'' as in Daejon ë����ì ��.

[MG] March 7th 2006 - [windir] is an [env]ironment variable on [Windows] computers (running XP, at least - anyone know about other versions?) which, predictably enough, seems to point to the dir where Windows is installed.
