I, uh...I'm Xan Tronix.  I've been a shy lurker who decided to jump into this wonderful community by way of the TkChat/Freenode #tcl channel.  I just want to gussy up Tcl through marketing efforts and modern-seeming software that will make people shut up about it being some stodgy, outdated, ugly thing once and for all; for the true tao of Tcl is a much more beautiful secret of the universe than any one of us can possibly comprehend within one's lifetime.

I maintain [tanzer], which I wrote as a way of getting myself off my own lazy ass and proving to myself that my presence is worthwhile in a community.  And I'd like to demonstrate for the sake of others who were so similarly afflicted as I once was that it's okay to come out of the programmer closet and be among others if that's your sort of thing.  If I stop being lazy, I'll probably actually make a blog about [tanzer] (pending logo work) and my own struggles with Impostor Syndrome, which I find to be a rather important topic for discussion that costs this world and community so many millions of lines of code unrealized in the light of day.
