originally by [Sven Delmas],  is a complete Tk development environment.  The
dlabelle site has xf 4.3 available for download, which includes easier
installation, updated doc, and BLT 2.4 support.  The Tide web site provides a
modified version of xf 4.3 which has a lot of code cleanups and makes use of
the Tix extension.  Binaries are available for both Linux and Windows.
Currently the latest version, found at the nycap site above, is version 4.3.
This runs on both Unix and Windows.
