What: No where near as good and cool as TkDiff, the windows starpack simply creates a html page of the 'new' version of a text file highlighting all differences between the 'old' and 'new' versions in bold and shows a symbol for added (+), deleted (-), and altered (!) lines next to the line number. It is primarily used for code reviews, and performing data analysis.
