The iLab Neuromorphic Vision C++ Toolkit [http://ilab.usc.edu/toolkit/home.shtml] is a comprehensive set of C++ classes for the development of neuromorphic models of vision. Because it includes a detailed visual processing front-end, it has wide applicability to machine vision problems, including automated target detection in natural scenes, smart image compression, fast guidance of object recognition systems, and even high-level scene analysis with application to the validation of advertising designs. Included is a scripting engine that allows the C++ objects in the toolkit to be manipulated through a tcl scripting interface.
