"ircbridge" is a connection between the #tcl channel on irc.openprojects.net and the "Tcl'ers chat" - [davidw]. Is this a long running process, or something that someone has to be around and run? Well, it could be installed permanently somewhere, but at the moment I run it on my own machine. - davidw Are there any commands available via the bridge to gather info about the person speaking - sort of the equivalent of /userinfo on the chat side? Not at the moment. It wouldn't be hard to add them. ---- The code is now in CVS under the tclapps part of the tcllib sourceforge repository. http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/tcllib/tclapps/ Note that you need irc 0.3 (as well as [logger]) to run this, which is only available in CVS. ---- [[ [Category Application] | [Category Internet] | ]]
