Itclng (not the next-gen Itcl built upon TclOO)

Itclng is a project hosted on SourceForge [http://sourceforge.net/projects/itclng/] which tries to build a version of [Incr Tcl] with minimal C-code and trying to do all the parsing and a lot of other stuff on Tcl script level only. It is based on [TclOO] the same as [itcl-ng] and is supposed to be mostly compatible with that version. The difference is that [itcl-ng] consists of about 15.000 lines of C-code and for this version the plans are to have not more than 1.500 - 2.000 lines of C-code.
