What: listbox replace command
 Where: ftp://ftp.procplace.com/pub/tcl/sorted/packages-7.6/devel/listbox-rtb-2.2.patch.gz 
 Description: Rather than deleting and inserting items, 
        this new command replaces text in place.  
        Also adds a recolor and flash listbox subcommand.
