ntk menu command implemented as ::itcl::extendedclass ::ntk::classes::menu

Syntax:

    * ntk menu path ?options?

Options:

MethodVariables:
    * itemTypes the types of the items. Possible values: entry menu separator. Default: {}
    * itemCallbacks the callback for entry types defualt: {}
    * items the parts of the menu default: {}

Public commands:

    * addentry text callback
    * addmenu text
    * addseparator
