Portable Run-time Agnostic Tool Command Language

praTcl is a project dedicated to creating a dialect of Tcl designed to be hosted across various runtime environments.
The initial primary targets include

   * JVM (Java Virtual Machine)

   * CLR (Common Language Runtime)

   * JavaScript

Secondary targets include

   * AVM (ActionScript Virtual Machine)

   * Standard Tcl Interpreters
