A tool for rapid and easy [deployment] originating in the [TclPro] tool set.
It's function is to bundle various tcl scripts into a single distributable binary.

This binary makes uses of a virtual filesystem with limited functionality,
specifically written to support this tool.

This tool is based upon the complete, generic virtual filesytstem of Tcl 8.4.
