A tool for rapid and easy [deployment] originating in the [TclPro] tool set.
It's function is to bundle various tcl scripts into a single distributable binary.

This binary makes uses of a virtual filesystem with limited functionality,
specifically written to support this tool.

Since release 2.5 [ActiveState]'s [Tcl Dev Kit] contains the successor of
prowrap, [TclApp]. This tool is based upon the complete, generic virtual
filesystem of Tcl 8.4.

Before release 2.5 the [Tcl Dev Kit] contained an enhanced version of prowrap
providing a GUI for easy access to the features of the application.
