Jos Decoster A starkit to display METAR weather data on a world map. It looks like this:

and can be obtained from http://www.geocities.com/jos_decoster/tclmetargui/tclmetargui-kit.gif. Before using, rename the file to tclmetargui.kit, GeoCities would not let me upload it with the proper name.
