Purpose: to discuss the criteria for inclusion of applications, as well as to list what applications are a part of the tclapps cvs module of the tcllib sourceforge cvs repository. So, you can get the code either by use of cvs, or by downloading the cvs head of the module from ftp://tcl.activestate.com/pub/tcl/nightly-cvs/ . No formal release has occurred for this module yet.
For some reason, the ChangeLog for this module isn't keeping up to date...
